- This course is composed of
14 unit/chapters. Each unit has four sections:
Reading Assignment, Interactive Exercises, Reading
Comprehensive Quiz and a Unit Exam.
- Each unit/chapter has Reading
Assignment. The course is designed with learning
objectives so as the student goes through the
unit, the student knows what the objectives
are.
- Every Reading Comprehension
Quiz needs to be completed with a score of 100%,
Each Unit Exam Quizzes also need to be completed
with a minimum score of 90%. This is the most
important part of this course, because as the
student works through these modules it demonstrates
mastery of the course.
- A student can move onto the
next unit without passing the previous one but
the student will not be able to access the final
exam until everything is complete and passed.
- The final exam is a timed three
hour exam. The exam is multiple four choice
exam. The student must score a 75% or more on
the end-of-course exam.

- Once the student purchases
this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
- This On-Line course does not
require additional textbook support and NO additional
course material is needed; however, students
can purchase the textbook that the course is
developed around, Post-Licensing Education for Real Estate Sales Associates. Some students find having
the textbook helps make the material easier
to read and the textbook might speed your progress.
You will also find other wonderful additional
study materials at the Cooke
Bookstore . (The textbook is item #FL004
at the bookstore.)
- The only portion of the course
that is timed is the end of course exam. The
student has three hours to complete the exam.
Students must complete the exam in one session.
Students will not be allowed to complete the
exam in segments. A passing grade of 75% is
necessary for passing the course.
- If the student fails the On-Line
end of course exam, the student has to wait
more than thirty day or less than one year before
the student can retake the end of course exam.
The student is able to have access to review
the course until the student takes the end of
course exam again at the 30 plus days waiting
period. If the student fails the second time
the student will need to retake the On-line
course again and the student will need to pay
the full tuition fee again.
- This course is totally web
based. The student can work through the course
at the student's convenience. Once the student
signs up for the course it is good for one year.
- This course is NOT designed
to be printed for security purposes and copyright
regulations.
- The On-Line Distance Learning
student CAN NOT change to an In-Class course
for course certification without paying the
full tuition fee of $145 and completing all
the necessary hours of the In-Class course as
required by the Florida Real Estate Commission.
There is NO reciprocity of tuition fees between
the On-line course and the In-class course AND
vice versa, a current In-Class course student
CAN NOT change to the On-Line version without
paying the full tuition fee of $115 for the
On-Line Program.
- At the time of registration
for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the
student will receive an e-mail from Dearborn's
RECampus, verifying the student's registration.
- Every On-Line student must
agree to the following affidavit: "I certify
that I personally completed all assignments
and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course
examination". This certification affidavit
is incorporated into the course under 'Instructions
for the Final Exam'. The student must select
'yes' and click "enter" to take the
final exam.
- Before taking the on-line
final end-of-course exam, it is important the
following technical
information be review by the student to
eliminate as much as possible any technical
issues that might arise.
- The On-Line course can be
taken and is available up to a year from the
time of registration.
- Upon completing the course,
RECampus posts for Cooke Real Estate School
a daily report of student's final grade report.
The staff at Cooke reviews this report daily,
Monday through Thursday, and mails the completion
certificates to those students who have successfully
received a grade of 75% or better. Allow three
to four business days to receive this completion
certificate.
- Students must NOT wait until
last day before their license renewal date to
take this course. It is
