This on-line course INCLUDES the companion textbook for the course. Having the textbook Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices and Law by Linda Crawford is so important for the student to help study and prepare for the end-of-course exam and the difficult state exam. Cooke also includes important items such as copies of Chapter 475, Part I, Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code Rule 61J2.

PLEASE NOTE: All study materials will be shipped Media Mail. Any books shipped outside the US will have additional charge for shipping.

We are including these materials because the Cooke School is dedicated to helping our students pass the state exam. Upon registration, the supplemental study material will be mailed to the student.

• Students must be able to successfully view and hear the streaming video on the previous page or the Home Page before registering for this course.

1. This course is composed of 9 modules/chapters. After viewing the module/chapter presentation, the student must complete the module/chapter assessment. The student must score a minimum of 80% on each module/chapter assessment before being able to assess the next module/chapter assessment. If score is less than the required 80% students can repeat quiz as many times as necessary to pass.
2. Completing each assessment quiz is the most important part of the course, because as the student works through these modules/chapters, it demonstrates mastery of the course.
3. A student can not move onto the next unit without passing the previous one but, the student will not be able to access the final exam until everything is complete and passed.
4. Once all the modules are completed the student can then assess final exam.
5. The final exam is a multiple choice with four choices. The student must score a 70% or more on the end-of-course exam and completed in one session.
6. If student does not obtain a 70% on the end-course-exam, the student must wait 30 days to retake the exam. BUT the student does have access to the course material during this process.
7. If student fails the end-of-course exam the second time, the student will need to retake the course and pay again.
   

1. Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
2. Once the student purchases the course, the student has one year to complete the program.
3. This streaming video course does not require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed.
4. If the student fails the On-Line end of course exam, the student has to wait more than thirty days or less than one year before the student can retake the end of course exam. The student is able to have access to review the course until the student takes the end of course exam again at the 30 plus days waiting period. If the student fails the second time the student will need to retake the On-line course again and the student will need to pay the full tuition fee again
5. The student can work through the course at the student's convenience.
6. This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copy right regulations.
7. At the time of registration for the streaming video course, the student will receive an e-mail from Cooke School, verifying the student's registration.
8. Every student must agree to the following affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination". This certification affidavit is incorporated into the course under 'Instructions for the Final Exam'. The student must select 'yes' and click "enter" to take the final exam.
9. Upon completing end-of-course exam, the staff at Cooke reviews reviews completions daily, Monday through Friday, and mails the completion certificates to those students who have successfully received a grade of 80% or better. Allow three to four business days to receive this completion certificate.
