RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:

The State of Florida requires appraisers to take 30 hours of CE for each renewal period.  Three (3) hours must be Appraisal Laws and Regulations, three (3) hours needs to be Supervisor/Trainee Roles and Relationship Course, seven (7) hours need to be USPAP and (17) hours needs to be elective courses.

INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT: 

Once you register for the course you will receive an email confirmation for your records and within 24 hours the instructor will personally e-mail you so you have a contact during the course.  Students are encouraged to email Paul@CookeSchool.com for any questions they might have.

Students may also call the school at 800-943-9993 during normal business hours, but students are encourage to e-mail the instructor so they have better record of the answers to their requests. 

COURSE REGISTRATION:  Students have two options, they can select the package price for the 30 Hours or select individual courses.
