PRE-LICENSE EDUCATION: The State of Florida has not approved on-line or cd-rom courses to be taken for the pre-license or post license requirements. If your looking for your first step into the real estate appraisal field, please see In-class courses.

CONTINUING EDUCATION - APPROVED ON-LINE COURSES: The State of Florida requires appraisers to take 30 hours of CE for each renewal period. Here is the breakdown:

17 Hours of elective courses. Students can select the 17 Hours from the following course selection. :
- 7 Hour - Residential Cost Approach
- 7 Hour - Income Approach
- 7 Hour - FHA & VA Appraisal Basics
- 3 Hour - Introduction to Commercial Appraisal
3 Hours of mandatory Florida Appraisal Laws and Regulations
7 Hours of mandatory National USPAP undated Equivalent
3 Hours of mandatory Supervisor/Trainee Roles and Relationship Course
