course after 6 months holding an active license
with a broker.
- The student needs to take this
course, pass the course with a score of 70%
or more on the end-of-course exam and take the
state exam and pass the state exam with a score
of 75% or more.
- This exam process takes about
6 to 8 weeks. Students can mail the application

consideration regarding the student's efforts
to pass the State Exam.
-

The school recommends students make the application on-line because it is faster and the student can attest to the facts without having to have the document notarized, saving time and money. Students can may the application payment on-line by credit card.
