This on-line course INCLUDES the companion textbook for the course. Having the textbook Essentials of Real Estate Investment by David Sirota is so important tor the student to help study and prepare for the end-of-course exam.

1. The course "Florida Essentials of Real Estate Investment" is composed of 12 unit/Chapters.
2. Each unit/Chapter has a video course presentation and a quiz.
3. Each Unit Exam Quiz is needs to be completed with a minimum score 80%. This is the most important part of the course, because as the student works through these modules it demonstrates mastery of the course.
4. A student can move onto the next unit without passing the previous one but the student will not be able to access the final exam until everything module is completed and passed.
5. Each course has a timed hour and a half final exam with 50 questions. The exam is multiple choice with four choices. The student must score a 75% or more on the end-of-course exam.
6. There are two courses composed of 30 hours each. The other course Broker Management is also available on this website. Each course has to be passed for the student licensee to acquire the necessary completion certificate hours, 60 hours, for renewal.

1. Once the student purchased the course, the student CAN NOT get a refund.
2. The textbook Essentials of Real Estate Investment which mirrors this course is included with this streaming video course.
3. If the student fails the On-Line end-of-course exam, the student has to wait more than thirty day or less than one year before the student can retake the end-of-course exam. The student is able to have access to review the course until the student takes the end of course exam again at the 30 plus days waiting period. If the student fails the second time the student will need to retake the On-line course again and the student will need to pay the full tuition fee again.
4. The student can work through the courses at the student's convenience. Once the student signs up for a course it is good for one year.
5. Once the student completes the streaming portion of the course, the student will receive an e-mail with the link and their user name and password to access the final end-of-course exam. The access point for the end-of-course exam is on each page of the Cooke School website, RECampus Student login"
6. Every On-Line student must agree to the following affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination". This certification affidavit is incorporated into the course under 'Instructions for the Final Exam'. The student must select 'yes' and click "enter" to take the final exam.
7. Before taking the on-line final end-of-course exam, it is important the following technical information be review by the student to eliminate as much as possible any technical issues that might arise.
8. Both On-Line courses can be taken and are available up to a year from the time of registration.
9. Upon completing each individual course, RECampus posts for Cooke Real Estate School a daily report of student's final grade report. The staff at Cooke reviews this report daily, Monday through Thursday, and mails the completion certificates to those students who have successfully received a grade of 75% or better. Allow three to four business days to receive this completion certificate.
10. Students must NOT wait until last day before their license renewal date to take this course. It is HIGHLY recommend to start the course at least 45 days before the license renews and to take the final exam more than 30 days before the student's license renewal date. Remember , if the course is not completed and passed by the renewal date, the license become null and void.

30 Hours
