I would like to say thank you.  I am a testament of success for your program.  I utilized every single part of it.  You program was difficult and challenging; which is exactly what a student needs.  
 
I read every word of every book, answered all review questions within the units, did every unit test in the book, read and answered every single question (like 500 questions) in the yellow review book as well as took both of the practice tests in that book.  After both hard copy practice exams as well as the one on line, I hand wrote every question I got wrong and the correct answer.   I went through the live class and went through the vocab cards (3or4 times) and then hand wrote index cards for vocab and all the formulas.  I read the small book on on FL statues and read and re read your suggestions and “tricks” to help be a smart test taker and after all of that...I opened to the section hidden in the back of the statues book that tells you EXACTLY the weighted % of which areas will be on the test and I re opened my blue book and reviewed...it...all.
 
That is how you pass on the 1st time.  I used your program as my guide map to success.

Cooke Real Estate School provided the cheapest online course I could find that was approved by my state, and usually "cheapest" also means "worst quality." This was not the case for Cooke Real Estate School. I don't understand why some people pay well over $800 to take their required real estate course online when Cooke Real Estate School provides the same quality at almost half the price. Heck, the textbook they provide alone should be worth at least $400. A slideshow presentation with the videos, a great textbook, and multiple quizzes per lesson made it easy to comprehend all the knowledge a 96 hour course throws at you and the website was very user friendly. It is easy to see why so many states list Cooke Real Estate School as an approved distance education provider for real estate training. I was a bit concerned that the materials, pacing and instructor would fall far short compared to a classroom course. I was also concerned that once in receipt of my fees, the School would fail to respond to any issues I might have.

I am happy to say that I was wrong on all counts. The material is well-organized, with the objectives and associated vocabulary clearly presented at the beginning of the session. The quizzes, both the short and long versions, provide an excellent means of reinforcement and review. The instructors present the same slides, but the personal asides are memorable and helpful. Being able to go back over any lecture more than once is another benefit of the online vs. classroom experience. The main textbook provided is a great outline for study as well. Links to online resources are provided with almost all sessions. Instructors answer questions sent to them very quickly, another completely unexpected benefit.

As an educator myself, I know how difficult it can be to put material together in a cohesive way, especially with widely diverse student backgrounds and experience to consider. I saved time, money and frustration utilizing the Cooke Real Estate School, and I hope to pass the state exam in another couple of months, which puts me far ahead of schedule versus the classroom course.

A few weeks ago I took a look at your website and I was surprised to see how I could view the entire Broker's course before actually taking the final test. Unfortunately, due to the fact I was using a Mac and I could see the Video portion but the Audio would not work.

At that point I was introduced to Steele who I believe is your IT person. He made numerous suggestions but nothing seemed to work but Steele was determined to somehow resolve my problem. Actually, when I few days went by, I kind of gave up and figured that you would have to send me the CD's that you kindly offered me since I was having issues with the on-line version. Just then, I got another email from Steele telling me that the past few days he had been researching all my issues and that he was getting closer to allowing me to view your class on line. On Sunday, yes on a Sunday, Steele sent me an email stating it was working on his Mac. I immediately went on-line and gave it a shot and thanks to Steele I now can view the course on-line.

I am just one individual but both Steele and your company went far beyond the call of duty. You would think I was a state wide firm of 1000 brokers. It is rare to find a company today that offers the type of customer service that the Cooke School of Real Estate displayed over the last two weeks.

I had a few disconnections with my slow speed internet, but was able to sign on again with no problem and begin exactly where I had left the course. No book makes the test an honest assessment versus using an open book approach.

The only area that is slightly less effective than a classroom setting is the closing statement section. Although functional, some of the impact is lost via the internet.

I was hesistant to use another on-line real estate course after my last experience. When I took the on-line course to get my Illinois license I was very frustrated for a variety of reasons. The information in your course was organized into a much more logical and easier format. It was also much easier to navigate. Lastly, it was quick and simple to exit from and re-enter. The quizzes and exams were also much easier to use for the same reasons. As a former educator I can say that your quiz and exam questions are also well designed. The Illinois course tests used a lot of double negatives, and poor logic. Instead of testing your knowledge of the material they were more intent on tricking you with minor variations on the information. They also relied heavily on True/False questions which were also poorly written. With your course I felt like the readings and the subsequent tests were much more practical and appropriate.

The course book was very helpful, but it was Kim that really put everything together for me. His explanations, examples and especially his humor just brought things full circle and into a down-to-earth, easy to understand, layman format. He reiterated again and again the importance of studying, repetition and preparing yourself for the Saturday exam and the State Exam. He didn't move off from any subject or any question until everyone felt comfortable. Just to make sure that we were understanding, he would repeat an explanation, give another example and even work a similar problem on the board.

Our Naples class had some technical difficulty that week and we missed a couple of hours from the course. I e-mailed Kim from home one night, explained the situation and wondered if he could give me the catch up on anything that was missed so I could share it with my classmate John. The following day, we didn't have much difficulty, so while everyone else was on break, Kim ran over the questions from the previous chapter that John and I missed. In my book, he is a great instructor. I hope the next course I take with Cooke will be with him as my instructor.

Ron Wendell from Century 21 was a great host. He and his office staff were so friendly. His office was in a great location and easy for me to find.

I finished the exam in 45 minutes and felt very confident about my answers. However, it was the trickiest multiple-choice exam from a question wording standpoint that I have ever taken even at the Master's level.
