I took the Real Estate Salesperson course in November 2002. I passed the class test with a 97%, but shortly after the course, I made an unexpected career change out of the real estate industry and never went to take the State Exam. Last month, October 2004, I decided to go ahead and register for the exam before my 2-year window was up. For three weeks I listened to the online courses everyday while I worked and I reviewed my notes and the textbook from the course two years ago. This morning I took my State Exam and passed!!!! I was so amazed that I cried!!! If it weren't for the ability to listen to the class online, I don't think I could have done it. I took your Salesperson Course I, November 18th-23rd with instructor, Kim Kazar I took the course in Naples, hosted by Century 21, Old Naples Realty. I just want to take a few minutes of your time and let you know how much I really enjoyed the course, instructor and host.

The course book was very helpful, but it was Kim that really put everything together for me. His explanations, examples and especially his humor just brought things full circle and into a down-to-earth, easy to understand, layman format. He reiterated again and again the importance of studying, repetition and preparing yourself for the Saturday exam and the State Exam. He didn't move off from any subject or any question until everyone felt comfortable. Just to make sure that we were understanding, he would repeat an explanation, give another example and even work a similar problem on the board.

Our Naples class had some technical difficulty that week and we missed a couple of hours from the course. I e-mailed Kim from home one night, explained the situation and wondered if he could give me the catch up on anything that was missed so I could share it with my classmate John. The following day, we didn't have much difficulty, so while everyone else was on break, Kim ran over the questions from the previous chapter that John and I missed. In my book, he is a great instructor. I hope the next course I take with Cooke will be with him as my instructor.

Ron Wendell from Century 21 was a great host. He and his office staff were so friendly. His office was in a great location and easy for me to find.

There were no surprises and everything you said would be on it was actually there! The only draw back that made me very nervous was listening to all the people there who said they failed the course three, four and five times. Ironically all of them went to (*another school)(*please note the school was mention in the original text but school has decide not to show it)and not to Cooke. I definitely made the right choice.

I finished the exam in 45 minutes and felt very confident about my answers. However, it was the trickiest multiple-choice exam from a question wording standpoint that I have ever taken even at the Master's level. Although I am not going to be a full-time real estate professional - I will take your good advice and definitely keep my license.

I then studied and reworked the tests for the past 3 weeks and today I took the State Exam and came away with my sales associate license. By the way the test was really hard, and I almost thought that I did not pass as it took me the full three hours with only 5 minutes to spare. I did read the questions twice, some three times before answering them and it was worth the time I spent.

Thank you again for all the knowledge that you gave me. I last time I took a test was 20 plus years ago. I think this is a good reflection on you and I appreciate all you did for me.
