Lots are Happening At Cooke School

We just finished the two required pre-license courses for licensure in Pennsylvania. We received ARELLO approval this last Monday, so now we are in the process of making application to the State Real Estate Commission for approval.

Cooke School has now added another option for students desiring to take the Florida pre-license course but live too far from one of Cooke’s video conference centers. Cooke now provides the course by live interactive streaming video using a well known video conference platform which allows students to attend a course as close to them as their computer and Internet connection. This newest platform allowed students to interact directly with the instructor from their home or office, as the course is presented.

Plus, as an added to value to students, Cooke now provides a State Exam Prep Review Course in the evening, biweekly, to help students find success on the state exam. This interactive program can also be taken from home.

To give all Cooke students more options on the 14 Hour Continuing Education Course for Florida, Cooke on has the course exam available online for students that purchased the paper textbook version of the course. When a student purchases the paper version of the textbook, the student will also be given a user name and password to access the exam on line. The benefits to taking the online exam are twofold: 1) The student upon successfully completing the exam is given the results instantly, and; 2) The results are reported automatically on the DBPR web portal for students and the student receive a link to their completion certificate within minutes, not needing to wait the exam is graded manually and for the certificate to be mailed by the U.S. Postal Service.

For years we have been providing the North Dakota Broker course but this last week we can now provide, besides the broker course, the required 45 Hour North Dakota Principles course for one to obtain a North Dakota salesperson license.
