30 Hour Alabama Real Estate Post License Course

After the obtaining the Alabama temporary license, the licensee needs to take an approved 30-Hour Alabama Post License Course, which is required for all active or inactive temporary licensees, within one year of licensure. In order to maintain an active real estate license, this course must be completed and the original (permanent) license issued within the first six months of licensure.
